Takoda is part of the Souix Native American Nation.Takoda was put into the Asylum after he was accused of trying to steal his neighbor's cat. His neighbor, Mr. Diabolos did not like Takoda and thought he was too strange to have in his neighborhood. Therefore, Mr. Diabolos made up this story about him stealing his cat.
