Colette & Desdemona were teenage sweethearts. C talking of marriage, D got scared & left town. C's life went in a downwards spiral after D left & blamed all her sorrow on D ending things. C was convinced it was to spite her, so in a fit of rage C cast a spell trying to trap D in a snow globe, but her anger enhanced the spell and she trapped the whole town.
