Beth the waitress was a character played by Ashley Johnson in The Avengers. Most of her scenes were deleted, but her character was originally set up as a future love interest for Cap. They strike up a conversation at a cafe while he's struggling to adjust to modern life. This is my reimagining of what could have been.
