Since retirement, Wylda has become the neighborhood Ms Nosy, a gossip delighting in collecting information about people (or things) next door. All those pockets tucked in her outfit hold notepads, pens, spying bugs, gloves to rummage thru trash, and assorted tools, gadgets, pet snacks and gifts to build friendships so she can find out all the dirt on others.
