Proffesor Pyg from Batman Arkham Knight. He was a scientist who went mad and started a circus. He then dedicated his life to 'fixing' people, which meant turning them in 'Dollotrons' (indentical genderless minions). When he wasn't kidnapping his victims or turning the into Dollotrons, he sang opera (he wasn't very good).
