Zapp Brannigan from the TV show Futurama. His name came up first in a random cartoon character generator so I gave it a go making him. He eneded up being the most fun I've ever had creating a Sim. Had to get a bit creative since there wasn't a red skirt that matched the shade of the top. #Futurama #Cartoon
