I knew I was going to make this character but I decided today was the day!! I looked at her outfits the anime it's self had and I made it as close as I could! Touka Kirisima; From the Anime known as Tokyo Ghoul (One of the most goriest animes I've watched but I recomend!) I made her hot headed since she was so defensive not mean since when she was rude to Kaneki she was showing that she cares about him, anyways.
