The Noctis Coven, also known as just NOCTIS is an organization that is based in the Riot District of San Myshuno. The group was founded by a coven of female vampires that were exciled from their clans. They roam in the darkest alleys of the city where they lead victims to devourer them. Within NOCTIS, every human is fair game except those with the mark of the coven. Those marked with a special tattoo are their followers to help catch humans better. Poses by #juupo45!
