Hikari's a Makai Priest affiliated with the Kantai Training Camp. She acts as a representative of sorts often introducing new arrivals. She's very stern with a sharp personality, one that does not tolerate mischief or getting into any dangerous situations. Otherwise, she's mainly seen as cool and business-like.
