With Jessy's parents being the Elf Of Kindness and the Elf of Stars, noone expected her to go bad. Not having a title of an Elf yet, Jessy got into an argument with her parents, resulting in her murdering both of them. After being let out of jail at the age of 23, she got the nickname: 'Elf Of Anger'. And after awhile, that became her actual title. Something tells me that this elf doesn't have much good planned.
