Masami and Taiga's parents weren't really present for most of their llives, but they do rememebr being raised by this old woman who housed them in her tiny home in Senbamachi. When they were younger, Taiga helped the woamn take care of Masami. She was both a ray of sushine but also an agent of chaos, but fortunately, Taiga had the patience and kindness to deal with it.
