Mr Handy is my "maintenence man". I send him around to all the lots, upgrading every item he can. He has all skills learned and maxed, all satisfaction rewards unlocked and added and he even has the PLAYER trait which allows him to romantically interact with any sim without causing jealousy from significant others.
