Lucia was an amazing ice dancer, back in the day. Unfortunetly on the day of the big comp in 1952 her partner fell ill and she had to work with an understudy. Attempting the finale lift she fell and sustained a head injury and was told she wasnt to dance again. Time passed and her son watched how his mother pined to return to the rink. One christmas he took her to the rink down in WIllow creek. Nervous she stepped back on the ice but felt right back at home. They now dance togther every winter. #SparkdGoldenAge #SparkdChallenges
