Bertie is an old hag who is nasty, rude and evil. She used to be a witch who possessed awful magic and would cause mayhem where-ever she went, but somebody with much greater power took away her magical abilities and left her looking like this! In her spare time she still tries to make potions, but fails, and she spends her time being an evil genius and ruining peoples days whilst trying to find a way to get her magic powers back so that she can seek revenge on that old goody two shoes!
