#RJThrallGimmeShelter - Amir is a chef by trade and dedicates all his free time to running the downtown soup kitchen. He loves singing and telling jokes. He is always ready to have sit-down after his shift is done to talk. He givies free monthly classes on 'cooking on a budget', 'food-stamp cooking' and 'kidz help cook'. He has also opened a not-for-profit cafe that hires people from a local shelter and trains them in catering so they can learn the barista and chef trade for future independence
