Scarlet was born in San Myshuno and has lived there all her live, now that she has graduated college she wants a fresh start, so she packs up her belongings and move to the sleepy town of Windenburg. She loves her new neighbors, and she loves visting the cafe to get a cannoli. However the nights are the hardest so many new sounds and creatures, like racoons and bears.
