The kids are named after Gods or Goddesses. Hecate stands for goddess of witchcraft, undead, etc. Selene stands mother of vampires (I was going to give that name to her mom, but I wanted Sharron to keep her name) And Ares is the god of war. Hecate is the only non-vampire one because I wanted her to be diffeent from her family.
