Tommy Tacos suffers from PTSD from a shipwreck that left him living alone for a really long time stranded on a remote island not to far off the coast of Sulani and has developed a tendacy to talk to himself from time to time. He loves to have a clean and neat home now that he is back in the neighborhood and really enjoys reading. He aspires to learn all he can about plants and become an expert gardener one day.
