After receiving a letter in the mailbox, Oliver discovers he has now inherited his great-aunt's large estate in Glimmerbrook. Never knowing he had a great-aunt (or ever even hearing of Glimmerbrook) he was a bit suspicous at first, but after just graduating college and being pretty much broke, he will take anything he can get.
