For the spark'd challenge: Veda was a pillar in the punk community of 1970's in New Sim City. It wasn't a phase and now in her "retirement years" she continues to pursue her hobbies in tattooing, get tattooed, and even has an extremely popular video blog showcasing hilarious make-up tutorials.
