There was a period in Rachael's life where nothing was going right for her. She was without a job, trapped in an abusive relationship, and wallowing in the deepest pits of depression. Eventually, she decided enough was enough and she needed help. So she got it. Her friends helped spirit her away to a community for victims of domestic abuse and she started regularly practicing yoga to help with the depression (which also allowed her to land a job as an instructor).
