Ever since Tim's mom walked out when he was a kid, things have been a bit rough for these two. Dylan's not really cut out for the whole parenting thing, but he thinks he's got it handled. Tim isn't exactly the most rebellious kid, and the two bond over their love for causing mischief, mayhem, and of course, partying. Where ever Dylan goes, a party and a disaster is sure to follow.
