Myla Tovar is an accomplished writer who has a complicated past with the Christmas season. When she gets a contract to write a holiday special, she reluctantly takes a visit to Christmas Ville, a town built around the celebration of Christmas. When she gets there she meets Julian and Thalia Sapp, a friendly little family, and the local coffee shop owner Glenn.
