After the news of Violet being pregnant, her husband imediately divorced and threatened to kill the child after it being born (she married a bad, bad man)! To try to calm him down and hopefully reunite as friends, she books them a trip on a couples cruise. The ship sunk, and her husband drowned. Violet managed to find a large piece of driftwood in the water and layed on it, waiting to be found. She then washes ashore to an island with two other survivors from the ship sinking. #USISLAND
