Nobody quite knows where Santiago comes from nor do they know about his parents, presumed abandoned. Perhaps a result of a scandal or perhaps he was never meant to be found on a doorstep. Whatever the cause, Santiago was found by a kind old man who took him in as his own in Pendula View of Willow Creek, inspiring the man to name this foundling Santiago, after his father, Willow, after the place he was found. #tazkabaztownies
