Empty and untouched for years, at 19, Chi had sold enough prints to buy his grandfather's factory. With a bit of elbow grease and found furniture, he converted the factory into a gallery for his own work, plus a personal art studio and living quarters. It recently reopened as the Burnham Gallery, recognized by the Historical Society as a city landmark. It functions as a museum and creation space, complete with a loading dock so Chi's works can be shipped to exhibits across the world. #SimsieFish
