These sims come with NPC jobs (mailman, maid, nanny...). Don't go in Live Mode with them (otherwise, they will lose their jobs), I advise you to install them on a lot then evict them immediately. They will appear in the Manage Households window, move them in the Other Households tab. #rope #simsontherope You can setup the Master Controler mod to make the game use these sims when generating NPCs and townies, more instructions on my Tumblr!
