Tulsie is a (mostly) Italian Greyhound puppy with lots of spunk and attitude. We're not sure where her beautiful coat came from, but she was found in a cardboard box with several other mixed breed puppies downtown. She's a little jumpy and still adjusting to the "pet life," but is looking for the perfect family to call her own.
