A local no kill rescue shut down due to the owner passing away. The rescue urgently needed 102 dogs to be rehomed/rescued or they would all be euthanized. We couldn't take 102 dogs so we took 12 and we will try to get more. Baxter is one of thoe dogs! He is very loud and we are still learning his personality. He was owner surrender there, no reason.
