Jeffrey grew up in Brindleton Bay and bought the Pink House so he'd have enough room to raise his grandson, Theodore. Jeffrey and Theodore are very close, frequently going on fishing trips together with Jeffrey's old dog, Barney, and hiking through the Brindleton Forests. Jeffrey loves painting, and maintains a steady flow of income by selling his artwork on the docks.
