Meet "Spottie Dottie", loveable mascot of the Windeberg Library pre-school reading program, "Little Llamas: Both Words Start with an L!" Spottie Dottie attends the program, at Windeberg Library every Thursday to entertain the children. She tries to act out the scenes in "Dick and Jane."
