Mrs. Rosen has been headmaster of Oxford Orphanage for 15 yrs now. (Oxford Orphanage in my Gallery) Mrs. Rosen likes to carry on the tradition they are know for. Encouraging the childern to engage in the arts, reading & gardening rather than televison & computers.
