The Cerdas are Strangerville natives, well most of them. Victor Cedas grew up in Strangerville, and dreamed of becoming the Strangerville Police Dept. Chief. Roselina Paz, now Roselina Cerdas, grew in lush land of Selvadorada before she met Victor. A year after they married, they had twins, Elena & Anthony.
