These are Kathy and Karen. They are twin sisters, but they could not be any more different. Kathy is the sweet grandma in the neighborhood and Karen is an grumpy, entitled old woman thats doing everything in her power to stop her aging. From multiple plastic surgeries to dressing like a 40 year old mom, Karen will stop at nothing to not look like the elder she is.
