These are the McCoy twins. They were once kidnapped by a family of vampires. The same vampires that killed their parents. Annabeth is a bit shy when meeting new people due to her fear of them possibly being the monsters that took bites out of their parents necks. Brycen will protect Annabeth at all costs. They only escaped the vampire kidnappers because the vampires did not realise their parents were mermaids. They died shortly after leaving the home with the twins. #mermaidorphan
