This is Serenity, and her pupper Noodles. They are my entry for MollyF3's #mentalhealthchall (#mollyCASchall1). Serenity has just recently been diagnosed with severe anxiety, so she decided to adopt a service dog, Noodles. I have anxiety, so i know the struggles. Random things can make you scared, like, for example, big numbers or certain types of music. Anxiety really messes with your everyday life, and panic attacks are not easy, but Serenity knows it'll all be okay. Xoxo-crichards70
