He kidnaps the residents of harmony, turns them into prisoners in his house of horrors, locks them in rooms, doesn't feed them, feeds them to the giant mother plant in his attic and drowns them in the pool in his basement. When his victims die he uses magic to bring them back to life. The vampire drains the blood of his victims. He works as a scientist and created an infection which makes Harmony residents become randomly posessed.
