Clyde and Sadie were excited for their lives as grandparents. With their only child Paul finally out of the house they were excited to take time to focus on themselves. Their hopes were dashed though when Paul and his wife Demi were tragically killed when their apartment caught fire. This tragedy left Sadie and Clyde to take care of their three young grandchildren.
