Marsha P. Johnson
Marsha "Pay it no mind" Johnson was an iconic trans activist in LGBTQ+ history. She was involved in the Stonewall riots that took place 50 years ago today, which kicked off the fight for gay liberation. She was known for her kindness, generosity and fighting spirit, and is one of the key figures without whom we would not have many of the rights we do today.
