This is a new and improved Oscar. Oscar has a degree in culinary arts but decided to join the military and is at the top of that career. I used him to complet the #ExtraterrestrialResearcher scenario because he already had his own rockey :) He also completed the Strangerville Mystery. Oscar is unflirty, good and creative. I am also working on completing one of the Batuu achievements. Its still in process though.
