Reina always knew she was different. Growing up pansexual in a traditional Asian-American family, she struggled to express her true self. From a young age she turned to books in order to escape reality and eventually starting writing herself. After coming out to her family, her parents saw her as a disappointment. Reina decided to leave her toxic family environment to pursue writing novels in the big city. She's now more confident than ever in her own skin. #ESLGBTQ
