Elvira and Oceania met when Elvira was visiting Sulani in order to study some of the magic crystals found beneath the sea. The two were enchanted by one another, and Oceania often swam down to the depths of the ocean to retrieve rare crystals for her love. Soon they got married, and Oceania moved into Elvira's large home, which has been in her family for years.
