When the social worker Sara Hatton, finds autistic teenager, Alex, alone on the streets, she invites him to a social group that she runs, which consits of, Nelson the laidback one, Brooklynn the kind one, Damian the nerd one, Mikaela the flirty one, Dwight the shy one and Sidney the tough one.
