Andy Pagel is the worlds fatest man, or as his stage name goes Mr Plump Plump. He lives in the circus and stay's very quite. Many wonder what's he's doing as he never speaks but nobody knows. He was found in a alleway and was brought into a shelter where he was very violent, then he joined the circus.
