Hugh was found as an infant, crying in a cradle, while his mother was found no longer breathing. No one knows what happened to her, or who the father is. Hugh seems to be a little mad. Sometimes he is found laughing or talking to himself. But if he is kept busy, it isn't as bad. He loves to do stunts on stage, being very agile and is quite gifted.
