Daredevil Phoenix Candelario started his career as a young boy firedancing for tourists on the beaches of Sulani. He was taught the skill of fire spinning by his grandfather, a traditional firedancer whose knowledge was passed down through generations of his family who worshipped the volcano gods of the island.
