Noelle became an orphan after her parents were killed by some dolphin hunters on the coast of Sulani. She watched it happen and swam as far away as she could. She took the sewer system and ended up in Strangerville. She has such a longing to return back to her home island, but is forever paranoid that the dolphin hunters are after her next.
