Artie was once a thief, but now dedicates his time to making adults and children laugh, having a particular soft spot for kids, seeing as he can't have any of his own. He was passing through Strangerville and heard about The Bazaar from one of the kids at the Crookdown Theater. Though he's supposedly giving up stealing, he still gets the itch in his fingers when he sees something that's too good to pass up. Especially when no one's looking. #bumpkinbazaar
