Ms Elvira is an ex-cabaret dancer whose last performance ended in tragedy when her shoe flew off mid-dance and fatally struck an audience member, After getting fired from the show and unable to find work as a dancer elsewhere, she became broke and had to pick-pocket to survive. Eventually getting enough money, she caught the train to Strangerville where she hoped to join the #bumpkinbazaar. Amos recognised her immediately and, seeing her pain, offered her another chance to become a star.
