Pakko is an orphan. Before wounding up in the Crookdown Theatre in Strangerville, he was a foster kid. He hated all of his foster families. Apparently, every foster parent he's had insisted putting him in dresses and he HATES dresses. He argued that the dresses made it hard for him to make robots, since they would always get stuck to the workbench. Jerry gets it, so Pakko never had a reason to leave.
